4 link Cajun Style Andouille
1 large Onions
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 serving Cora Peeled Plum Tomatoes
8 oz Orzo Dry

Recipe Directions for Jambalaya

chop sausage and fry offl. Use fat to saute onion, clery, pepper. Add sausage back, tomatoes, water, orzo and cook till soft.
