Pasta or rice mixed in with chicken, italian sausage, shrimp and vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Jambalaya

2 diced tomatoes
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 chopped onion
4 garlic cloves
1 cup diced chicken breast
4 Italian sausage links
25 shrimp
2 tbs. light margarine
1/4 cups chopped celery
110 g spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Jambalaya

  1. In a pot, add the 2 tbs. of light margarine, with garlic, onion, celery, and green pepper. Cook until onions run clear and vegetables are cooked.

  2. In a separate pot, cook the spaghetti.

  3. Once spaghetti is cooked, add the spaghetti and one large can of diced tomatoes to the vegetables. Mix all together.

  4. Add in the cooked chicken, Italian sausage, and shrimp. Mix.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.
