Recipe Ingredients for jambalaya

8 oz turkey ham
8 oz chicken
8 oz sausage
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic
1 onion
4 oz green bell pepper
6 oz yellow bell pepper
2 oz red bell pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 1/2 cups rice
1/4 cup quinoa
30 oz pinto beans
3 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for jambalaya

  1. brown meat in olive oil and non-stick spray

  2. drain fat

  3. add onion and saute until onions are clear

  4. add garlic

  5. add rice, quinoa, water and spices

  6. stir and bring to a boil

  7. add beans & peppers

  8. reduce heat to simmer

  9. simmer until done
