Recipe Ingredients for Jambalaya

2 cups white rice
200 g chorizo sausage
1 chicken breast
28 oz tomatoes with juice
8 oz tomato puree
1 green pepper
1 onion
4 celery stalks
454 g shrimp

Recipe Directions for Jambalaya

  1. Saute veggies (minus tomato)

  2. Add tomatoes and rice, simmer for 1 hour.

  3. Add shrimp in the last 5 minues only
