A healthier version of a southern favorite.

Recipe Ingredients for Jambalaya

2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon margarine
14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes, undrained and coursely chopped
1 1/2 cups ham, cooked and cubed
13 3/4 ounces chicken broth
1 cup uncooked white rice
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
16 ounces shrimp

Recipe Directions for Jambalaya

In skillet, over medium-high heat, cook garlic in margarine for 1 to 2 minutes. Add remaining ingrediants except shrimp; heat to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 25 minutes. Add shrimp, cook, covered 5-10 or until liquid is absorbed.
