Spicy Jambalaya - add 1/2 t white pepper and 1/2 t red pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Jambalaya

1 1/2 cups onions
1 cup celery
1 cup green pepper
1 1/2 t garlic
14 ounces chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup tomato sauce
2 cups low sodium chicken stock
2 cups rice
7 ounces diced chicken

Recipe Directions for Jambalaya

Saute onions, celery, peppers and garlic. When soft and translucent, add tomatoes, sauce and stock. Bring to a boil. Add rice and chicken and cook together until tender.
