Chicken on ly Jambalaya recipe from a healthy eating cookbook. A little bland as I'm used to more salt, but overall satisfying.

Recipe Ingredients for Jambalaya

2 oz Orzo Dry
32 oz Tomatoes Whole No Salt Added
1.5 cup Onions
1.5 cup, diced Celery
20 oz Chicken

Recipe Directions for Jambalaya

Cook orzo per directions on box. Cut chicken into 2 inch chunks and steam until cooked through. Cut veggies into 2 inch pieces. Cook chicken, veggies and benas in small amount of oil (to prevent sticking) and season with thyme, black pepper, dry mustard, and hot sause to taste. Simmer to belind flavors and serve over orzo.
