2 lb Soup, Oxtail
1 lb salt beef (soaked overnight)
1 lb Sweet Potato
2 cups whole wheat flour (make dumplins)
3 large scallion
2 tsp Thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 cup coconut milk (optional)
2 clove garlic
2 carrots
