Recipe Ingredients for Jamaican Pork Curry

339 3/5 grams Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
1 medium Sweetpotato
1 Apple Red Delicious Apples
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
0.05 oz Southwest Chipotle Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
4 tsp Grill Mates Pork Rub
1 small Onions
0.25 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Jamaican Pork Curry

  1. Mix seasonings and rub into pork. Saute chopped onion in olive oil. Add pork slices and cook until barely pink. Add chopped apples and boiled sweet potato cubes. Add a little chicken stock or wine if too dry and to deglaze the pan.

  2. Serve with spaghetti squash (or rice if not following paleo diet).
