Recipe Ingredients for Jamaican Jerk Turkey Wraps

2 cup Coleslaw
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1.5 oz Coleslaw
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
3 tsp Classic Yellow
1.5 tsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
16 oz Turkey Breast Tenderloins
4 serving Low Carb Flour Tortillas

Recipe Directions for Jamaican Jerk Turkey Wraps

In large bowl, toss the coleslaw mix, tomato, coleslaw dressing, jalapeno and mustard; set aside. Rub the seasoning over turkey tenderloins. Preheat grill to medium heat. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill tenderloins, covered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 170. Let stand for 5 minutes. Grill tortillas, uncovered, over medium heat for 45-55 seconds on each side or until warmed. Thinly slice turkey; place down the center of tortillas. Top with coleslaw mixture and roll up.
