Jerk seasoning paste great on pork, shirmp. chicken.. 2 T per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Jamaican Jerk Paste

20 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 clove Garlic
5 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
1 serving White Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Canola Oil
2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tsp Thyme, Fresh
1 tsp Allspice, Ground
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Jamaican Jerk Paste

  1. Place everything in a food processor and make a paste. Store in the refrigerator. Makes about 2 cups.

  2. 2 T per serving.
