Recipe Ingredients for Jamaican Chicken

16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 tsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
2 cup Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
432 grams Black Beans
1 Medium Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Jamaican Chicken

  1. Brush chicken with olive oil and then run in caribbean jerk seasoning.

  2. Coat nonstick skillet and cook chicken approx 6 minutes, flipping once, until lightly browned.

  3. Add broth, drained black beans, and chopped tomato to the skillet. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat, simmer covered about 5 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink.
