mix all ingredients well heat oil put all ingredients in oil and fry for 5 minutes, add 1 cup of water , bring to boil lower heat and cover, cook on low heat, stirring occasionally till chicken is cooked

1 small Onions
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
5 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Paste
2 tbsp Curry Powder
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium Carrots
1 serving Safflower Oil
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
