0.5 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Ginger

1 container Cultured Coconut Milk Yogurt
1 large Egg, Whole
18 pieces Crystallized Ginger

  1. sift together the flour, powder, soda, and some allspice or cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg

  2. beat together the egg, yogurt, grated ginger, and molasses

  3. add the dry to the wet

  4. chop the crystallized ginger and mix in

  5. put in a bread pan and bake at 350 F until done
