Recipe Ingredients for Jam-based vinagrette

1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
2 tablespoons minced small onion
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Jam-based vinagrette

Partially melt jam with onion in microwave. Blitz jam and onions with vinegars and seasonings in food processor. With processor running, drizzle in oil to emulsify. Pour into serving carafe and let sit in fridge for an hour before serving.
