1.45 cup Cooking Sauce
17 oz Fresh
6 oz Portobello Mushrooms
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Jalfrezi Chicken Thighs with Portobello Mushrooms

Trim fat from chicken thighs (yield should be about 1 lb) and cut into 1-inch cubes. Heat olive oil in large skillet until a water drop sizzles in it. Add thighs and cook, stirring occasionally, for about five minutes. Add mushrooms and cook another minute or two. Add sauce. Reduce heat and simmer for another five minutes. Serve over rice.
