Recipe Ingredients for Jalepeno Poppers

3 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno

Recipe Directions for Jalepeno Poppers

  1. Cut the jalepenos lengthwise, and strip out the membrane (the white (hot) part) and seeds. Cut the bacon strips in half, and portion out the 2 oz cream cheese into 6.

  2. Stuff the 1/2 pepper with the cream cheese, and wrap in bacon. Skewer with a toothpick or bamboo skewer and cook.

  3. May be cooked anyhow you please. Oven temp. 450, or bbq.
