Recipe Ingredients for Jalapeno Poppers

8 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
4 oz Low fat Plain Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
8 oz Turkey Bacon

Recipe Directions for Jalapeno Poppers

  1. Cut Jalapenos in half length wise; scoop out pith and seeds. Discard

  2. Mix Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheese. Pipe into Jalapenos. Wrap each Jalapeno with one slice turkey Bacon. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until Bacon is crispy.
