Low Fat/Low Carb Jalapeno Poppers

Recipe Ingredients for Jalapeno Poppers

5 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
0.25 cup Oat Bran
1 tsp Paprika
0.5 tsp Garlic Salt
3 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Egg Beaters

Recipe Directions for Jalapeno Poppers

combine oat bran, paprika and garlic salt, set aside. Clean, core and seed peppers. Combine cream cheese and Kosher salt to taste. Stuff peppers with cream cheese mixture. Dip peppers in egg beaters then oat bran mixture and repeat. Spray cookie sheet with Pam and spray peppers as well. Bake at 400 for 22-25 minutes.
