Big Blue Buffalo Jala'Poppers - Hungry Girl (She uses blue cheese - I subbed gorgonzola)

Recipe Ingredients for Jalapeno Poppers (HG)

4 wedges Light Original Swiss Spreadable Cheese Wedges
2 tbsp Frank's RedHot original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
3 tbsp Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbled Natural
6 Jalapeno Peppers
1/2 cup Original
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Jalapeno Poppers (HG)

  1. Combine cheeses and 1 tbsp hot sauce - set aside.

  2. Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds.

  3. Spoon cheese mixture into peppers.

  4. Crush cereal and spices together.

  5. Dip peppers in egg; coat with crumb mixture.

  6. Place on cookie sheet (previously sprayed w/ non-stick spray) and bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.
