Recipe Ingredients for Jalapeno Omega 3 flax/protein tortillas

1/2 cup flaxseed
2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cup rye flour
1 Peppers, Jalapeno
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 egg
2 scoops 100% Any Whey Protein
1/4 cup white flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Jalapeno Omega 3 flax/protein tortillas

  1. mix jalapeno flaxseed avocado and water and oil in blender with egg, mix till flaxseed is almost meal.

  2. mix dry ingredients in mixer with bread hook, then mix in the blender stuff, mix until dough forms a ball. If it is too dry, add water (tsp at at time). If it is too wet, ad flour (any) 1 tbsp at a time.

  3. roll into ball and wrap in saran wrap and let stand for 10 min.

  4. break into 10 balls for 10"-12" tortillas, or more balls for smaller tortillas

  5. wrap rolling pin in saran wrap and spray counter or mat with pam (and rolling pin too). roll the balls out till the right size

  6. cook on preheated griddle or stove top on med-hi to high heat, flip when bubbles form. should only take about 30 sec to cook a piece. freeze what you didnt use for later
