Recipe Ingredients for Jalapeno Cheese Biscuits

4 cup Rogers All Purpose Flour
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 cup, diced Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
1 tbsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1/2 cup Butter

Recipe Directions for Jalapeno Cheese Biscuits

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. Add cheeses and jalapenos.

  3. Grate in frozen butter.

  4. Form a well in your bowl.

  5. Add milk, stir until just combined, make sure you don't over mix!

  6. Roll out on floured surface, and form into biscuits.

  7. Bake in preheated oven at 450 F for 10 minutes.
