Recipe Ingredients for Jaimie's Tomato Tuna Pasta Salad

6 tomatoes
1 cup crushed pineapple
7 oz tuna, packed in water
2 oz pasta, penne uncooked
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 cup olive oil
1/2 cup feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Jaimie's Tomato Tuna Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta and drain.

  2. Chop 2 tomatoes for the salad

  3. In a food processor add 3 chopped tomatoes, pineapple, olive oil and red wine vinegar.

  4. Mix pasta and chopped tomatoes well, pour processed tomato mixture over pasta mix and stir.

  5. Sprinkle Feta Cheese over mixture and serve.
