A quick and spicy lemon pasta.You can use less red pepper for a more mild pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Jaime's quick and spicy lemon pasta

4 oz angel hair pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup garlic, minced
2 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 cup lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Jaime's quick and spicy lemon pasta

  1. Boil angel hair pasta

  2. add red pepper, olive oil, and broccoli to sauce pan and saute for 5 minutes

  3. add oregano and parsley flakes to broccoli mix. simmer for 1-2 minutes

  4. remove pasta from heat and drain.

  5. add parmesan and lemon juice brocolli mix and simmer for 1 minute.

  6. toss pasta in broccoli mix.

  7. salt and pepper to taste
