Recipe Ingredients for Jaeng-ban Noodles Sauce

2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
18 grams Garlic
0.5 tsp Ginger Root
3 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 oz Sesame Seeds, Whole, Roasted And Toasted
1 tbsp Oil, Sesame
1 tbsp Vinegar, Cider

Recipe Directions for Jaeng-ban Noodles Sauce

  1. Blend all but the oil, sesame seeds, and vinegar.

  2. Then add remaining ingredients.

  3. Toss with salad and noodles and serve.
