Homemade low fat beef and vegetable stew

Recipe Ingredients for Jade's Beef & Vegetable Stew

500 g Beef Round Cubes
2 celery stalks
125 g Mushrooms
1 onion
1 tbsp olive oil
100 g green beans
100 g zuchinni
2 garlic cloves
1 Stock Cubes
1 cup butternut squash
1/4 cup red lentils
2 tbsp tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Jade's Beef & Vegetable Stew

Olive oil in pot, Fry onions, celery and garlic. Add mushrooms, cook for 2 mins. Add beef and stirfry. Add beef stock (crumbled). Add water and tomato paste, bring to a boil. Add sliced green beans and cook for about 30mins. Add butternut and zuchinni and lentils. Cook about another 30mins until beef tender.
