This dressing has turned at least one salad-hater I know in to a salad-lover and many casual salad partakers into salad fans! :) So here you go guys...the recipe is so easy. [You can substitute any vinegar you prefer, any mustard you like, or you can sub out the olive oil for avocado oil!]

Recipe Ingredients for Jacqie's Famous Salad Dressing

4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh basil
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Jacqie's Famous Salad Dressing

  1. Chop garlic, slice or rip apart basil leaves.

  2. In a jar (you can save old olive, queso dip, or salsa jars, wash them thoroughly and they work great!) combine all ingredients.

  3. Put lid on jar.

  4. Shake vigorously. MAKE THAT DRESSING YOUR...lady.

  5. Pour over your salad or a friend's salad.

  6. Toss that salad.

  7. Yum. Enjoy!
