One serving = 2 cups. Jack calls this his refrigerator left-over soup! Whatever you find in the little containers in the fridge will work! For a thicker version add leftover rice or potatoes - or add barley or noodles... the sky's the limit - but be sure to re-enter the recipe to get the correct counts.

Recipe Ingredients for Jack's Refrigerator Vegetable Venison Soup

3 c water
1 can chicken broth
16 oz venison, cubed
1 c broccoli, chopped
1 c okra
1/4 c corn
1/2 c onion, chopped
24 g Tomato with Chicken Flavor Cubes Bouillon

Recipe Directions for Jack's Refrigerator Vegetable Venison Soup

  1. Brown chunks of venison in dry pan.

  2. Add all other ingredients and simmer until hot.

  3. If using leftover rice/noodles/barley, etc. add just before serving so it doesn't get mushy.
