Our flavorful crab meat is available in various forms including (but not limited to): Colossal, Jumbo Lump, Lump, Special Meat, Claw and Cocktail Fingers. The moist and succulent meat is excellent for use in crab cakes, stuffings, salads, and soups. We use only the finest Blue Swimming Crab meat from China (Portunus Haanii), Vietnam (Portunus Pelagicus), Indonesia, and Thailand. We also offer Rock Crab from Canada.
