Awesome banana bread. Not for faint of heart.

Recipe Ingredients for Jacked Up Banana Bread

2 medium bananas
5 tbsp butter, unsalted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar, granulated
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup walnuts
3/4 cup Organic Dark Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Jacked Up Banana Bread

  1. Eh....I'm too lazy to explain right now...

  2. Oven to 350. Prepare a standard loaf pan by spraying with nonstick cooking oil, and making a foil "sling" for easy removal of the loaf.

  3. Chop up walnuts and toast in a dry pan on medium heat on the stove. Let cool for a few minutes.

  4. Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.

  5. Mash one banana and add to softened butter and sugars, whip on high till light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs.

  6. Add dry ingredients to wet. Fold with wooden spatula to combine.

  7. Mash up last banana and add to batter with cooled nut and chocolate chips. Fold these last three ingredients in still just mixed.

  8. Pour into prepared pan and bake for about 35 minutes. When a toothpick inserted comes out clean, take out and let cool for half an hour before taking out of pan with sling. Allow to cool completely on counter.
