Recipe Ingredients for Jacked up Banana Bread

3 1/2 medium bananas
1/3 cup salted butter
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp whiskey
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup unbleached all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Jacked up Banana Bread

Preheat over to 350F. Smash bananas with fork, add melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, whiskey, followed by the spices. Sprinkle with the baking soda, and a pinch of salt, mix in. Finally add the flours and stir until barely combined (do not overmix). Pour mixture into a buttered 4X8 inch loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until a tester comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack, remove from pan, slice and ENJOY!
