An easy tenderloin in the crock pot

Recipe Ingredients for Italion pork tenderloin

16 oz pork tenderloin
10 oz spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Italion pork tenderloin

  1. In a crock pot, add spaghetti sauce, water, and vinegar and mix slightly. Add here any italian herbs wanted, depending on the sauce used.

  2. Add tenderloin and make sure it is covered by the liquid.

  3. Cook on low 8-9 hours, or on high 5 hours. When done, pull apart the tenderloin and return pieces to the sauce, let cook an additional half hour on low. Serve alone or with bread.
