Recipe Ingredients for Italian Zucchini Pie

8 roll Crescent Rolls Reduced Fat
3 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 tbsp Butter
12 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Italian Zucchini Pie

Cook chopped onion and sliced zucchini in butter until soft. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, and basil. Beat 2 eggs and mix with cheese. Pour egg mixture over vegetables. Line a 10-inch pie pan with crescent dough. Brush dough with mustard. Fill with vegetables. Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes.
