4 cups thinly sliced zucchini
1/4 cup butter
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 eggs
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
224 g (289 (g g) (g g) package Crescent Rolls Reduced Fat
1 sliced tomato

Recipe Directions for Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie

  1. saute onion in butter until soft

  2. add zucchini

  3. when almost done, add spices.

  4. mix eggs and cheese

  5. add to zucchini mix

  6. flatten crescents into pie plate

  7. add mix

  8. layer sliced tomato on top.

  9. bake 350 until middle set
