Recipe Ingredients for Italian Wedding Soup

1 lb ground turkey
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 c milk
1 tsp season salt
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
6 cups chicken broth
1/2 c. israeli couscous
5 carrots
3 stalks celery
3 cups fresh spinach

Recipe Directions for Italian Wedding Soup

  1. Combine turkey through cheese. Bake walnut-sized balls on parchment-lined cookie sheets at 350 for 15 mins, then turn, then 5 more.

  2. While it's baking, boil broth and throw couscous in the broth. Chop and add carrots and celery. Add spinach just before serving.
