Recipe Ingredients for Italian Vinaigrette

1 T vinegar, white, red wine, balsamic, ect
3 T olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 t oregano
1 t sugar
1/4 c parmesan
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper

Recipe Directions for Italian Vinaigrette

Put all ingre into a jar with tight lid and shave well. Too emulsify better at 1/2-1 t dijon mustard.
