Recipe Ingredients for Italian Vegtables

6 ounce Mushrooms, Portabella
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
1.5 cup Yellow Squash
15 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
6 oz Tomato Paste

Recipe Directions for Italian Vegtables

cut the squash into rounds and half or quarter. Cut onion into slices. If mushrooms are whole slice. Spray Pam into pan and on top of cut vegtables. Cook untill veggies are soft. Add canned tomatoes and paste into pan (may need to add water for sauce). Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Heat through and serve.
