Recipe Ingredients for Italian Veggies

1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 cup (1" cubes) Eggplant
1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Italian Veggies

Slice and cook all veggies together until desired consistency. Use whatever Italian seasoning desired.
