Great Italian Side dish, or great rolled in a tortilla with a tablespoon of shredded non fat cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Veggies

1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
3/4 cup(85 g) Yellow Squash
0.5 cup, sliced Onions
274 grams Eggplant
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
15 1/10 grams VIGO ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS

Recipe Directions for Italian Veggies

Sautee vegetables with oil and butter sprinkle breadcrumbs on with extra herbs if you choose. Warm until lightly browned, over medium heat, then sprinkle a tablespoon of Sargento nonfat Italian sprinkle cheese on each individual serving if desired. Also thought this would taste good like a burrito
