Recipe Ingredients for Italian Veggie Soup

1 cup onion, chopped
2 tsp. garlic
2 cups spinach, baby leaves
2 small zucchini, cubed
1 med. red pepper, chopped
1 cup cabbage, chopped
6 cups, Fat Free Chicken Broth
28 oz tomatoes, fire roasted diced
2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tsp. basil

Recipe Directions for Italian Veggie Soup

Directions: put first 11 ingredients in soup pot,cover and bring to boil. Simmer partly covered 10 min. Add Salt, pepper, parsley and basil. 1 cup per serving.
