Recipe Ingredients for Italian Vegetarian Bake

2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 small Onions
2 serving Garlic Cloves
10 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 stalks Celery
1 fl oz Bouillon
1 cup Spinach
0.75 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
3 large Egg, Whole
15 oz Marinara Sauce
3 1tsp Olive Oil
1.5 small Onions
3 serving Garlic Cloves
15 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1.5 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
3 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1.5 stalks Celery
1.5 fl oz Bouillon
1.5 cup Spinach
1.125 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
4.5 large Egg, Whole
22.5 oz Marinara Sauce

Recipe Directions for Italian Vegetarian Bake

  1. Chop up zuchinni, onion, celery, and garlic.

  2. Heat together on the stove with vegetable bouillon and 1 tsp of crushed red peppers.

  3. Cook until all the veggys are tender.

  4. Combine spinach, 1/2 cup mozzerella, bread crumbs, ricotta cheese, and eggs. Mix well.

  5. Blend in veggy mixture.

  6. Press into baking pan.

  7. Cover with remaining cheese and bake @375 for 40 -45 minutes.

  8. Heat marinara sauce and serve with meal.
