Yummy Italian Veggies--great over pasta or rice!

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Vegetables

1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup, sliced(113 g) Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 cup Spinach
30 4/5 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 serving Chunky Garden Tomato, Onion

Recipe Directions for Italian Vegetables

  1. Saute onions, squash and zucchini in olive oil, sprinkle with pepper and and italian herb mix

  2. Add tomatoes and pasta sauce, simmer for 20 minutes

  3. Stir in spinach at the very end and cook until wilted
