Quick and easy when you need something low calorie and fast. It also uses common ingredients I usually have on hand.

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Vegetable Soup

2 cup Broth Chicken Reduced Sodium
4 oz Potatoes
4 oz Carrots
1 medium raw Onion Red
1 medium stalk, raw Celery
0.5 cup Frozen Green Peas
1 serving Premium Selection Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
0.5 cup Pasta Small Shells
15 oz Tomatoes Diced

Recipe Directions for Italian Vegetable Soup

  1. Combine the first nine items in a large sauce pan.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Cover, let simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

  4. Add pasta and tomatoes.

  5. Heat through.

  6. Remove bay leaf before serving.

  7. Enjoy!
