Recipe Ingredients for Italian Vegetable Saute

4 grams garlic
44 grams onion
44 grams celery
44 grams carrot
60 grams zucchini
50 grams yellow squash
66 grams green bell pepper
60 grams mushroom
100 grams eggplant
66 grams broccoli
135 grams tomato
4 grams parsley
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Italian Vegetable Saute

  1. Saute onions, celery, garlic, and carrot in pam over medium heat. Stir occasionally until cooked through, about 6 minutes.

  2. Add all vegetables except for tomato to pan. Stir to combine. Spray with pam. Saute for about 6 to 10 minutes or until all vegetables are cooked through.

  3. Add tomato and spices. Cook for one additional minute.

  4. Serve immediatly.
