1 Pam spray
1 clove garlic
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup zucchini
1/4 cup basil, coarsely chopped

Recipe Directions for Italian Vegetable Saute

  1. Heat pan to med high

  2. add first 4 ingredients

  3. cook for about 5 minutes or until Zucchini starts to crisp

  4. add basil, stir, remove from heat
