Recipe Ingredients for Italian Vegetable Bake

1 lb mixed vegetables, italian blend
1 lb cheese tortellini
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup bread crumbs, italian style

Recipe Directions for Italian Vegetable Bake

Cook the vegetables according to the package directions. Cook tortellini according to the package directions. Mix together cooked vegetables, tortellini, grated cheese and chicken broth and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs and some more grated parmesan cheese if desired. Cook at 350 degrees F until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Hold at 140 degrees F or higher until service.
