Low fat version using low fat turkey sausage - italian sausage preferrably.

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Turkey Sausage with Peppers & Onions

2 lbs of turkey sausage
3 cups of bell peppers
3 cups of onions
2 tablespoons of canola oil
1 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Italian Turkey Sausage with Peppers & Onions

Heat oil in skillet and cook sausage halfway through at medium heat. Add salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes and add vegetables and let brown a bit for about 5 minutes.. Add soy and oyster sauce and lower heat to simmer and let all ingredients meld together. Add 1/2 cup of water if need. Cook meat all the way through before serving.
