I use this basic recipe, but there are many variants I play with. You can go meatless and have more veggies. you can use different flavor oil and vinegar based dressings, or add or subtract anything. Easy and fun!

Recipe Ingredients for Italian trio Pasta Salad

9.03 oz (Kraft) Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
2 box Rotini Tri-Color Dry
1.058 oz Distilled White Vinegar
1.587 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 oz Marble Jack Chunk Cheese
12 oz Large Pitted Olives
0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
8 oz Pepperoni Minis
2 oz Parmesan 100% Grated

Recipe Directions for Italian trio Pasta Salad

  1. Boil and salt water to taste. Cook pasta as directed and rinse with cold water after draining.

  2. Combine chopped veggies, meat, and cheese with pasta in large bowl.

  3. Add dressings and parmesan and mix well.

  4. Chill for at least 30min before serving.
