Recipe Ingredients for Italian Summer Salad

1 cucumber
1 tomato
1/2 red onion
1 tsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. thyme
2 tbsp. basil

Recipe Directions for Italian Summer Salad

  1. Peel one cucumber. Cut in half and scoop out seeds. Cut into pieces.

  2. Dice one tomato.

  3. Dice half of a red onion.

  4. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbs, then toss over other ingredients until thoroughly coated.

  5. Add fresh bread if desired.
