Delicious and nutritious vegetable recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Italian style vegetable bake

5 tomatoes
2 onions
3 small carrots chopped
2 small potatoes
1 1/2 green pepper
3 small zucchini
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cheese

Recipe Directions for Italian style vegetable bake

  1. Cut all the vegetables.

  2. oil a baking dish with olive oil. add all the ingredients except zucchini, green pepper and cheese.

  3. bake for half an hour at 350 C.

  4. then add zucchini and green peppers.

  5. Stir the veges occassionally.

  6. when the vegetables are done, add cheese before serving.
